The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and ak688. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials at all times. You are required to:

1. Use a strong, unique password not reused from other websites or services.

3. Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
4. Notify ak688 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Keep your personal and contact details current and accurate within your account profile.

ak688 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed.

All financial transactions on ak688 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak688 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are credited to the player's account balance promptly after confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. ak688 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transfer charges.

ak688 operates a policy of returning funds only to the payment source used for the original deposit where technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and is applied consistently. Any attempt to deposit funds from a payment method registered to a third party, or to request withdrawal to a payment method not used for deposit, will trigger a manual review and may result in a hold being placed on the relevant funds pending investigation.

ak688 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by ak688 unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

1. Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified account in good standing. Players who have self-excluded are not eligible to receive bonus offers during their exclusion period.
2. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balance. Bonus funds may only be used for gameplay and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds convert to withdrawable real-money balance only after the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
4. ak688 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not negatively affect a player who has already accepted the bonus and is actively meeting the wagering requirements.

Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.

ak688 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion at any particular time. Promotional offers are made at ak688's sole discretion and may vary by player, account tier, deposit history, and promotional period.

All games available on the ak688 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time studio dealing conducted by qualified staff. ak688 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game providers and are available upon request. ak688 makes no warranty regarding a player's expected return from any game.

Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game results displayed on the Platform are final. In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game round, ak688's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Disputes arising from technical errors should be reported to customer support within 48 hours of the incident.

All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform except as permitted by these terms. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive source code from the Platform's software is strictly prohibited.

ak688, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ak688 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ak688's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ak688 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. ak688 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

ak688 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time without prior notice if: (a) the player is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) ak688 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the account; (c) the player provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC; (d) the player is found to be using the Platform from a Restricted Territory; (e) the player is under the age of 21; or (f) continued operation of the account presents a risk to ak688's platform integrity, other players, or ak688's legal obligations.

Upon account closure for breach of these terms, ak688 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure results from verified fraudulent activity, ak688 may forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily (account self-closure), any verified real-money balance in the account will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

ak688 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ak688 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between you and ak688 arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ak688 is committed to resolving player disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body. ak688's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, account balances, bonus eligibility, and Platform access shall be final, subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.
